Getting support

ERA is an educational course. It is not therapy, and nothing in this app is a diagnosis or a clinical assessment. If you are navigating trauma, grief that feels unmanageable, or you are in crisis, please speak to a qualified professional. That isn't a step backwards — it's exactly the sort of intentional decision this framework is about.

Your GP

A GP can refer you to talking therapies and other NHS support.

In England you can also self-refer to NHS Talking Therapies.

These are UK services. If you're elsewhere, please look up your local crisis line — and please do it now, rather than when you need it.
